1. Support daily retail operations, human resources, and training for in-store staff.
2. Participate in meeting planning and manage travel and facility logistics.
3. Oversee projects related to office organization and management.
4. Assist in the execution and follow-up of retail projects, including store openings.
5. Track key performance indicators per store and support action plan implementation.
6. Coordinate store requests and ensure timely responses.
7. Engage with stores to enhance client engagement and strengthen customer relationships.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field with a focus on Retail.

1. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
2. High motivation and energy, with a curiosity-driven approach to learning.
3. Emotional intelligence and initiative-taking capabilities.
4. Team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in German, both oral and written.

Previous internship or retail experience is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Fashion Business, or a related field.
