1. Analyze and supervise sales performance through the production of reports and monitoring of sales tracking applications.
2. Produce sales analyses for forecasting exercises and various ad hoc requests.
3. Administer and ensure the optimal functioning and future development of the Anaplan-based sales planning tool, providing support to regional teams.
4. Participate in projects aimed at automating and contextualizing sales data for internal clients in a highly digitalized reporting environment.
5. Act as the primary contact for the assigned region, training local financial counterparts on processes and tools to ensure autonomy and compliance with Brand & Group processes.
6. Review P&L statements during budget periods and monthly closings, conducting reviews and analyses of retail-related cost centers, and alerting on anomalies.
7. Oversee regional forecasting and closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.

1. Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent from a business school or university.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in management control, ideally within a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (advanced Excel) and a keen interest in BI tools.
2. Strong understanding of budgeting processes and monthly closings.
3. Ability to analyze variances, propose recommendations, and support operational teams.
4. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
5. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to synthesize data.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.

1 to 3 years of experience in management control, ideally within a retail environment.
