Yves Saint Laurent Retail Financial Controller

- Analyze and supervise sales performance through the production of reports and monitoring of sales tracking applications.
- Produce sales analyses for forecasting exercises and various ad hoc requests.
- Administer and ensure the optimal functioning and future development of the Anaplan-based sales planning tool, providing support to regional teams.
- Participate in projects aimed at automating and contextualizing sales data for internal clients in a highly digitalized reporting environment.
- Act as the primary contact for the assigned region, training local financial counterparts on processes and tools to ensure autonomy and compliance with Brand & Group processes.
- Review P&L statements during budget periods and monthly closings, conducting reviews and analyses of retail-related cost centers, and alerting on anomalies.
- Oversee regional forecasting and closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent from a business school or university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in management control, ideally within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (advanced Excel) and a keen interest in BI tools.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes and monthly closings.
- Ability to analyze variances, propose recommendations, and support operational teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to synthesize data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
1 to 3 years of experience in management control, ideally within a retail environment.
Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent.
