Yves Saint Laurent Retail Buying Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in luxury fashion, was established in 1961 and became a pioneer in luxury ready-to-wear with the launch of the 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. This innovation marked a pivotal moment in fashion history, modernizing the industry and influencing socio-cultural landscapes. Acquired by Kering's luxury division in 1999, Saint Laurent continues to thrive under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, offering an extensive range of products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Perform weekly analyses by product category, collection, and store.
- Analyze daily sales performance.
- Manage stock levels, transfers, and replenishments.
- Handle ad-hoc store requests.
- Contribute to the development of product catalogs, order forms, and training materials for stores.
- Communicate with European stores to monitor performance and support retail actions.
- Participate in buying campaigns, including showroom attendance.
- Create purchasing tools and input orders.
- Illustrate buying decisions.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business school, seeking an end-of-studies internship.
- Strong knowledge in purchasing and analysis.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Product sensitivity.
Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress from a business school.
Internship agreement starting in July 2025.
