- Lead and manage the retail team across all stores in the Middle East.
- Establish principles and guidelines for Store Directors to ensure a motivating work environment.
- Formulate and implement policies, strategies, and business development plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Define business strategy aligned with corporate goals and local market needs.
- Develop a customer strategy specific to the Middle East region.
- Manage local business plans for short, mid, and long-term growth.
- Formulate monthly and annual sales forecasts to aid planning and P&L improvement.
- Review operational records to project sales and determine profitability.
- Oversee CRM team with strategic direction on client relationships, seasonal events, and mall collaborations.
- Supervise operations team to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and procedures.
- Identify product needs and provide coaching to retail teams to meet role requirements.
- Coach store managers to develop business and team capabilities.
- Motivate retail staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Monitor and review performance of retail and store teams, focusing on KPI improvement and career development.
- Maintain positive customer relations to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with departments to organize staff training and promotional activities.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, expense control, recruitment, training, inventory management, and security.
- Report regularly to the General Manager on sales performance, store activities, inventory, and key issues.
- Evaluate market opportunities and manage new store projects, including openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Propose and negotiate terms for relocation, expansion, and opening projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of retail experience with at least 5 years in multi-store or store network management.
- Commercial acumen with proficiency in managing retail P&L.
- Proven strategic and results-driven leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in retail, including 5 years in multi-store management.
Degree in Business or related discipline.
