- Perform finance functions for the company, ensuring performance follow-up for both office and store levels.
- Provide full support to the finance team and collaborate with departments such as Retail, PR, VMD, MD, and HR.
- Prepare retail daily sales reports vs budget and last year (local and HQ).
- Manage wholesale reporting (weekly, monthly, YTD).
- Control operating expenses and balance sheet management.
- Manage capex and depreciation, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany transactions.
- Control invoice issuance process and manage monthly/year-end closing.
- Coordinate external audits.
- Conduct budget control and analysis.
- Support store operations, including new openings and refurbishments.
- Handle compliance and legal matters in collaboration with the legal team.
- Ensure internal control and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance position within an international environment
- Proficiency in English (business level preferred)
- Analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for figures
- PC skills: Excel (Pivot), Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as JDE, HFM, Concur (preferable)
