1. Manage financial performance tracking for both office and store operations to support business growth.
2. Provide comprehensive support to the Finance team and collaborate with departments such as Retail, PR, VMD, MD, and HR to achieve company targets.
3. Prepare and analyze Retail Daily Sales reports against budget and previous year figures for both local and headquarters.
4. Oversee cost control measures including Opex, Capex, and depreciation management.
5. Handle accounts payable and receivable, GL, and intercompany management, including voucher preparation.
6. Control the invoice issuance process and manage monthly and year-end closing activities.
7. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with legal and internal control standards.
8. Support store operations, including new openings and refurbishments.
9. Conduct budget control and analysis, and manage inventory control processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role within an international environment.

1. Proficiency in English at a business level.
2. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and budgeting.
3. Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with accounting systems such as JDE, HFM, and Concur is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years in a finance role within an international setting, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
