- Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
- Support the follow-up of ready-to-wear production processes.
- Update systems and tools with production-related information.
- Monitor dashboards for various departments such as Production and Compliance.
- Assist with administrative management and filing of dossiers.
- Participate in the establishment of the model depot space.
- Conduct and track projects related to Sustainable Development.
- Analyze collection models to determine tests and supplier alerts.
- Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
- Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups for production deadlines.
- Communicate test reports effectively.
- Verify composition labels in accordance with regulations.
- Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data extraction).
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with Italian language skills considered a plus.
- Dynamic, curious, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for organizational skills, service orientation, and availability.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with fashion operations is beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).
Internship for a duration of 6 months, offering a comprehensive learning experience in luxury fashion operations.
