- Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
- Support the tracking and management of ready-to-wear production processes.
- Update systems and documentation related to ready-to-wear production.
- Maintain and analyze dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
- Assist with administrative tasks and file management.
- Participate in establishing the model storage space.
- Monitor and follow up on sustainability-related projects.
- Analyze collection models to determine testing requirements and supplier alerts.
- Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
- Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups based on production deadlines.
- Communicate test reports effectively.
- Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
- Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including data extraction and pivot tables).
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Dynamic, curious, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation.
No prior experience required, but knowledge of the luxury fashion industry is beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).
