1. Monitor production processes at manufacturers to ensure finished products meet the company's aesthetic and quality standards.
2. Schedule supplier inspections as directed by the supervisor.
3. Evaluate production issues and propose solutions.
4. Collaborate with development, industrialization, and production departments to manage challenges and define optimal technical solutions.
5. Report any discrepancies in progress and delivery to the supervisor.
6. Assist in sourcing new suppliers based on company needs.

1. Experience in luxury fashion companies or direct suppliers within a clothing production department and/or quality control roles in tailoring.
2. Excellent knowledge of technical material characteristics and garment structure.
3. Strong inclination towards process review and problem-solving.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Basic computer skills.
7. Basic knowledge of French.
