- Ensure accurate management of raw material purchase orders and support main activities in the Purchasing Office, including data analysis and report production.
- Conduct MRP analysis and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor order progress by liaising daily with internal and external production entities, and manage related reporting.
- Review orders based on new production requests, coordinating with other departments such as Planning Office, Production Progress, and Product Development and Industrialization.
- Compile and update key reports related to Purchasing Office activities, such as testing reports and laboratory tests.
- Manage the raw material supplier portfolio, seeking and implementing collaborations with new suppliers.
- Negotiate raw material prices with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing opportunities.
- Evaluate suppliers' production, economic, and quality capabilities based on KPI indicators.
- Plan regular meetings with quality control entities to monitor potential issues.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Degree in economics, statistics, or engineering.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI; familiarity with AS400 and Stealth is a plus.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Strong organizational skills.
A minimum of five years in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.
Degree in economics, statistics, or engineering.
