1. Dispatch purchase orders to suppliers.
2. Maintain communication with suppliers to track orders, shipments, and validate samples.
3. Update product, planning, and billing data daily.
4. Monitor and manage invoicing processes.
5. Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion from an accredited institution.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Aptitude for numerical analysis and synthesis.

A minimum of initial experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion.
