- Dispatch purchase orders to suppliers.
- Maintain communication with suppliers to track orders, shipments, and validate samples.
- Update product, planning, and billing data daily.
- Monitor and manage invoicing processes.
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Aptitude for numerical analysis and synthesis.
A minimum of initial experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion.
