1. Send purchase orders to suppliers.
2. Communicate with suppliers to track orders, shipments, and follow-ups, and validate samples.
3. Update product, scheduling, and invoicing data daily.
4. Monitor and manage invoicing processes.
5. Provide administrative support on cross-functional projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Strong command of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
