1. Conduct quality control and manage administrative tasks related to orders and stock management.
2. Monitor delivery schedules and timelines.
3. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Assist in the research and development of components for collections.
5. Create project codes for tracking and management purposes.
6. Prepare component boards for validation by the Artistic Director.
7. Update and export the weekly collection plan.

1. Education in business, fashion (IFM or ESIV), or textile engineering (ENSAIT).
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
4. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational skills, and punctuality.
