- Coordinate all approved Womenswear & Menswear sample requests for The Americas, including USA, LATAM, and Canada.
- Collaborate with market editors, fashion assistants, stylists, and freelance creatives to maximize editorial opportunities while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage logistical arrangements for product requests, ensuring timely sample returns and clear communication with the Paris headquarters.
- Support proactive pitching efforts related to brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal storytelling.
- Assist in overseeing PR efforts in Brazil and Mexico, including briefing teams on brand priorities and collating press coverage.
- Provide support in the preparation and execution of runway shows and global image events in The Americas.
- Monitor and capture press coverage, maintaining accurate credit charts for confirmed placements.
- Compile reports on editorial placements, including reach and engagement metrics.
- Manage the Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) database, ensuring accurate product uploads and inventory management.
- Coordinate merchandise pulls and returns of store stock when applicable.
- Manage gifting budget tracker and compliance documentation for press gifting initiatives.
- Update and maintain press contact lists and email distributions.
- Execute press gifting and floral arrangements, ensuring pristine presentation and timely delivery.
- Support coordination of international editorial shoots in The Americas, facilitating sample shares and special delivery needs.
- Maintain showroom and sample closet organization, ensuring product care.
- Oversee temp/intern support, including onboarding, task delegation, and quality control.
- Ensure magazines are properly tabbed and organized in the archive.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Work independently and proactively when the team is traveling or out of office.
- 2+ years of PR experience within the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Located in New York with availability to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a drive for results.
- Ability to work within a team environment with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus.
2+ years of PR experience within the fashion or luxury goods industry.
Bachelor’s Degree
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,000 – 70,000 with bonus eligibility.
