- Ensure the creation of prototypes adhering to company standards in terms of methods, timelines, and quality during the assembly and finishing phases of small leather goods.
- Initiate the construction of a prototype by interpreting the model specifications.
- Execute the assembly operations of small leather goods components as per the provided guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the seamless flow of necessary information for prototype creation and communicate any anomalies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury prototyping as a bench assembler.
- Proficient knowledge of leather characteristics, processing techniques, and the technical structure of small leather goods.
- Exceptional manual dexterity.
