- Ensure the creation of prototypes according to the company's standards and timelines during the assembly and finishing stages of small leather goods.
- Set up the construction of a prototype by interpreting the model design.
- Execute the assembly operations of small leather goods components as per provided instructions.
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for prototype creation and to communicate any anomalies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury prototyping as a bench assembler.
- Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processes, and the technical structure of small leather goods.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Superior organizational skills.

- Team-oriented mindset.
