1. Plan and manage the activities and workload of the prototyping team.
2. Coordinate with the modeling and industrialization departments to ensure accurate information flow for prototype creation and anomaly communication.
3. Analyze and monitor workflow processes, focusing on time and resource optimization.
4. Supervise and coordinate the prototyping team with an emphasis on training and skill development.
5. Manage reporting on the progress of production processes.

1. Proven experience in a coordination role within the luxury fashion sector, specifically in handbag modeling/prototyping.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of leather goods processing.
3. Understanding of the technical characteristics of leathers and fabrics.

1. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
2. Teamwork orientation.
3. Preferable proficiency in English.

Significant experience in coordinating roles within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in leather goods prototyping.
