Yves Saint Laurent Production Planning Specialist
Saint Laurent, a prestigious name in the luxury fashion industry, was founded in 1961 and is renowned for pioneering the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter with its 'Rive Gauche' line. As part of the Kering Group since 1999, Saint Laurent continues to be a leader in the luxury sector under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello. The brand's offerings include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Analyze and initiate production orders, plan and monitor production progress within the internal Atelier.
- Identify missing materials and manage the picking lists for materials and upper components for shipment.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers to update delivery and shipping data.
- Collaborate with finished product consolidation centers and central logistics to resolve transport document issues.
- Analyze and follow up on RFID reports.
- Prepare performance reports and develop and present company KPIs.
- Preferred degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in similar roles (production planning/advancement) is preferred.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with the STEALTH (ST3k) management system is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.

Previous experience in production planning or advancement roles is preferred.
