1. Analyze and initiate production orders, plan and monitor the progress of production and subcontracting activities at shoemakers.
2. Identify missing materials and manage the picking lists for materials and upper components for shipment.
3. Maintain constant communication with suppliers to update delivery and shipping data.
4. Coordinate with finished product consolidation centers and central logistics to resolve transportation document issues.
5. Analyze and follow up on RFID reports.
6. Perform reporting activities related to performance and prepare and present company KPIs.

1. Preferred degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Previous experience in similar roles (production planning/progress).

1. Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Preferred knowledge of STEALTH (ST3k) management software.
3. Strong analytical skills.

Previous experience in production planning or related roles is preferred.
