1. Perform fabric layering operations in preparation for cutting.
2. Execute both manual and automated fabric cutting.
3. Conduct thermobonding operations.
4. Engage in finishing and packaging tasks.
5. Monitor and cut templates accurately.
6. Adhere to technical documentation, safety protocols, and production requirements including quality, productivity, and deadlines.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Passion for manual work and fabric handling.
3. Demonstrated rigor, methodical approach, adaptability, and responsiveness.
4. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, though internal training is available.
