1. Perform assembly operations on various models in the production line, adhering to quality and deadline requirements.
2. Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
3. Execute hand stitching as needed.
4. Conduct self-inspection of produced items, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards.

1. Completion of a CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in garment making or fashion-related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Expertise in assembly techniques and fabric knowledge.
2. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
3. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and precision.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
