Yves Saint Laurent Product Development Intern

- Assist in the monitoring of product launches, including the reception and quality control of samples and management of measurement sheets.
- Manage the dispatch and development of supplies.
- Develop and maintain bill of materials documentation.
- Support special projects for VIPs and press.
- Participate in sourcing and tracking orders for materials, including attending trade shows and supplier meetings, and managing stock requests, pricing, technical sheets, and certifications for sustainable materials.
- Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
- Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.

A minimum of one prior experience in the luxury or fashion industry is required.
