1. Assist in the monitoring of product launches, including the reception and quality control of samples and management of measurement sheets.
2. Manage the dispatch and development of supplies.
3. Develop and maintain bill of materials documentation.
4. Support special projects for VIPs and press.
5. Participate in sourcing and tracking orders for materials, including attending trade shows and supplier meetings, and managing stock requests, pricing, technical sheets, and certifications for sustainable materials.
6. Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
7. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
8. Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge.
3. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is required.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.
