1. Assist in the monitoring of product launches, including the reception, inspection of samples, and management of measurement sheets.
2. Manage, dispatch, and develop supplies.
3. Create bill of materials sheets.
4. Support special projects for VIPs and press.
5. Participate in sourcing and tracking material orders, including attending trade shows and supplier meetings, and updating material books.
6. Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
7. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
8. Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
2. A strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge are essential.
3. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is required.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.
