1. Participate in the follow-up of launches: receiving, checking samples, and managing measurement sheets.
2. Manage, send, and develop supplies.
3. Create nomenclature sheets.
4. Follow VIP/Press projects.
5. Update the material book and send fabric swatches.
6. Transmit information between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising.
7. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
8. Provide administrative and logistical support (supplier follow-ups, invoicing, etc.).

1. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
2. Product sensitivity and technical knowledge are essential.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
