- Select technical solutions for pattern adjustments in alignment with quality standards and artistic direction.
- Create patterns using Modaris or flat pattern methods, including digitalization, industrialization, and grading with CAD/CAO.
- Develop technical product dossiers.
- Adapt base patterns for various materials.
- Oversee the creation of countertypes/prototypes in-house and with subcontractors, making necessary pattern adjustments.
- Ensure pattern quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with workshops, purchasing departments, and subcontractors.
- Maintain and update digital files, archiving patterns as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Lectra Modaris (Expert V8), Illustrator, and PLM software.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar position within the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
