1. Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
2. Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans as defined with HQ and Store Director.
5. Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving sales staff KPIs.
6. Maintain the store's image in line with corporate standards and ensure staff awareness.
7. Address customer complaints and manage the back office process effectively.
8. Assist the Store Director in team management, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.

1. Commitment to participate in innovative projects.
2. Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven managerial experience with a team of 3 or more.

2. Ability to manage and supervise a diverse team.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.

5 to 7 years of experience in stock management and administrative tasks, along with successful managerial experience of a team of 3 or more.
