1. Ensure proper rotation of merchandise in the warehouse.
2. Prepare annual inventory and investigate potential discrepancies.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventories and specific action plans.
4. Implement specific action plans from direct superiors and ensure follow-up at the store level.
5. Support the store manager and department head in achieving sales staff ICP objectives.
6. Maintain store image in accordance with company standards and ensure staff awareness of these standards.
7. Address delicate situations concerning customer complaints and overall processes as directed by superiors.
8. Assist the store manager in creating, supervising, and managing a team including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock clerks, security agents, tailors, etc.

1. Willingness to participate in an innovative project.
2. Significant experience in inventory management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven experience in team management (3 or more).
