Yves Saint Laurent Operations Manager

- Ensure proper rotation of merchandise in the warehouse.
- Prepare annual inventory and investigate potential discrepancies.
- Monitor and control monthly inventories and specific action plans.
- Implement specific action plans from direct superiors and ensure follow-up at the store level.
- Support the store manager and department head in achieving sales staff ICP objectives.
- Maintain store image in accordance with company standards and ensure staff awareness of these standards.
- Address delicate situations concerning customer complaints and overall processes as directed by superiors.
- Assist the store manager in creating, supervising, and managing a team including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock clerks, security agents, tailors, etc.
- Willingness to participate in an innovative project.
- Significant experience in inventory management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
- Proven experience in team management (3 or more).
