1. Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
2. Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
5. Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving sales KPIs.
6. Maintain the store's image in line with corporate standards and ensure staff compliance.
7. Address customer complaints and manage back office processes effectively.
8. Assist the Store Director in team management, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.

1. Commitment to participating in innovative projects.
2. Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven managerial experience leading a team of three or more.
4. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $70,000-75,000 with bonus eligibility.
