1. Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
2. Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Implement and ensure follow-up of specific Back Office action plans defined with HQ and the Store Director.
5. Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving sales staff KPI goals.
6. Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards and ensure staff compliance.
7. Address customer complaints and manage the overall back office process effectively.
8. Assist the Store Director in creating, supervising, and managing a team, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.

1. Commitment to participate in innovative projects.
2. Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven managerial experience leading a team of three or more.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000 with bonus eligibility.
