1. Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
2. Prepare and manage the annual inventory, addressing discrepancies.
3. Oversee monthly inventory checks and implement action plans.
4. Implement and monitor back-office action plans in coordination with HQ and the Store Director.
5. Support sales staff in achieving KPIs in collaboration with the Assistant Store Director and Department Manager.
6. Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards and ensure staff compliance.
7. Address customer complaints and manage back-office processes effectively.
8. Assist the Store Director in team management, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.

2. Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven managerial experience with teams of three or more.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 with bonus eligibility.
