1. Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures across regional retail locations.
2. Coordinate and track uniform shipments and distribution, assisting with global ordering.
3. Monitor uniform and store packaging inventory levels throughout the region.
4. Maintain and replenish retail stationary and general supplies.
5. Cultivate relationships with store management teams and corporate partners to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Support senior management with various projects as needed on a day-to-day basis.
7. Assist with various training programs related to operational efficiencies.
8. Support regional operations for store openings, renovations, and moves, with travel required.
9. Actively participate in bi-annual or annual physical inventories and assist store management with reconciliation processes.
10. Research cycle count results, negative on-hand items, and past due consignments, offering assistance to rectify variances.
11. Manage FedEx claims for the region.
12. Assist with ongoing departmental needs and support the implementation of worldwide initiatives and projects relating to operational strategies.
13. Liaise with shared services to ensure procedural compliance.
14. Help train and onboard new hires in back office operational procedures.
15. Escalate store issues related to operations and guide store teams to proper resolutions (IT, product movement, warehouse).
16. Run, review, and create ad hoc reports to understand key areas of regional operations KPIs and necessary improvements.
17. Partner with retail back office teams to maintain elevated standards.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of previous operational experience.

1. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
2. Adaptability to quickly changing priorities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Ability to identify areas of opportunity.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver and share results.
7. Willingness and availability to travel as needed.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of operational experience, ideally within the retail or luxury fashion sectors.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000 with bonus eligibility.
