1. Support the implementation of corporate operational guidelines and policies within the store.
2. Assist in communicating operational updates and action plans to relevant stakeholders.
3. Ensure proper execution and compliance in operational matters.
4. Support daily in-store inventory management activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Assist in stock reconciliation and minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
6. Support monthly stock take and cycle count processes.
7. Assist in monitoring SKU accuracy and preventing crossover issues.
8. Support staff uniform ordering and write-off process to maintain accurate stock records.
9. Assist in coordinating store projects and events by liaising with relevant departments.
10. Support preparation of checklists and timelines to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
11. Follow up on updates or changes and ensure proper communication to related teams.
12. Assist in resolving operational issues to support smooth daily store operations.
13. Verify store applications such as uniform, packaging, and IT devices.
14. Monitor and document operational costs.
15. Place and follow up orders for packaging, refreshments, stationery, and store supplies.
16. Support reporting and documentation preparation for Finance, including petty cash submission.
17. Coordinate with the Retail team to ensure store compliance with retail operational standards.
18. Handle ad hoc operational tasks as assigned.

1. Basic understanding of retail store operations, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork mindset.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. English proficiency preferred.
