1. Assist in the deployment of digital tools in stores, including remote sales, click & collect, and in-store reservations.
2. Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer service tools to align with the brand's image, such as appointment booking and virtual queuing.
3. Analyze competitor services and propose improvements.
4. Participate in creating training tools for store teams.
5. Generate sales reports for omnichannel services and suggest analytical insights.
6. Promote stores on digital platforms like Google My Business and Facebook.
7. Ensure store opening hours are updated on digital platforms.
8. Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms, including Google My Business ratings.
9. Participate in regional calls.
10. Collaborate with Retail Operations team members on regular and ad-hoc tasks, such as uniform orders and seminar organization.

1. Background in business school education.
2. Interest in luxury, digital, and retail sectors.
3. Previous experience in omnichannel projects is advantageous.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Proactive and innovative mindset.

A prior experience in omnichannel projects is considered a plus.

Business school education or equivalent.
