1. Assist in the deployment of digital tools in boutiques, including remote sales, click & collect, and in-store reservations.
2. Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and services to align with the brand's image, such as appointment booking and virtual queuing.
3. Research competitor services and propose improvements.
4. Participate in creating training tools for boutique teams.
5. Prepare sales reports for various omnichannel services and suggest analytical insights.
6. Promote boutiques on digital platforms like Google My Business, Facebook, and Apple Store Locator.
7. Ensure the accuracy of boutique opening hours on digital platforms.
8. Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms such as Google My Business ratings.
9. Participate in regional calls.
10. Collaborate with Retail Operations team members on regular and ad-hoc tasks, including uniform orders and seminar organization.

1. Enrollment in a business school program.
2. Interest in luxury, digital, and retail sectors.
3. Previous experience in omnichannel projects is advantageous.

1. Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented.
2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in omnichannel projects is considered a plus.

Currently enrolled in a business school program.
