2. Independently manage ongoing collaboration with the Product Development, Purchasing, and Industrialization and Quality Control departments to fine-tune metal accessory models.
3. Maintain proactive relationships with metal accessory suppliers to ensure developments align with provided specifications.
4. Ensure timely execution of developments, managing all stages from CAD model submission to final assembly on finished products, addressing any complexities that arise.
5. Oversee the creation of 'masters' to ensure comprehensive information transfer to suppliers for production initiation, accompanied by the 3D model's technical sheet.

1. 3-5 years of experience in metal accessories modeling, with a focus on footwear.
2. Knowledge of machine tool operations gained from workshop experience.
3. Proficiency in 3D CAD systems.
4. Familiarity with the Stealth 3000 system is preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
