- Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with product strategies and store clustering, ensuring adherence to Image and Core Offer guidelines and budget constraints.
- Lead and conduct seasonal product training, supporting store teams through regular communication, store visits, and targeted coaching on investment focus, stock management, and brand and product presentation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Communication, and CRM, to propose and implement sales initiatives that drive performance.
- Manage stock transfers and replenishment activities to enhance sell-through by optimizing inventory distribution across stores.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports by collection, store, and product category, focusing on sell-through rates.
- Conduct monthly conference calls with HQ counterparts to review business results and share in-season feedback and market insights.
- Provide comprehensive end-of-season reports by product typology, function, and price positioning, considering market trends, customer behavior, and competitor context.
- Work with the Planner to develop sales forecasts for best-selling and high-performing seasonal items, translating insights into actionable sales initiatives and future business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong understanding of brand and product, specifically within the Men's Category
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for figures
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people management and development abilities
