1. Organize and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.
2. Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and perform repairs or coordinate external service providers.
3. Regularly inspect equipment to detect anomalies.
4. Adjust machinery and provide support to teams.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards across all site equipment.
6. Participate in regulatory compliance checks, including electrical and fire prevention inspections.
7. Gather internal material and equipment needs to propose investments.
8. Oversee site development projects and coordinate with service providers.
9. Manage maintenance and investment budgets.
10. Oversee boiler room management and regulatory checks.
11. Monitor energy efficiency projects and report on them.

1. Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent (Bac +2 to Bac +5).
2. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the textile or industrial sector.

1. Analytical and rigorous approach with autonomy and pragmatism.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Previous experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the textile or industrial sectors.

Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent (Bac +2 to Bac +5).
