1. Analyze, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts including distribution, franchise, sales commission, duty-free, commercial leases, procurement, service agreements, consulting, modeling, IT contracts, NDAs, letters of intent, and amendments.
2. Provide legal advice and support to operational teams on business law matters.
3. Develop and maintain legal dashboards.
4. Assist with corporate law and intellectual property issues as needed.

1. Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law (Master 2).
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

2. Dynamic and enjoys teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have completed a previous internship in a corporate or legal firm environment.
