1. Analyze, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts including distribution, franchise, sales commission, duty-free, commercial leases, procurement, service agreements, consulting, modeling, IT contracts, NDAs, letters of intent, and amendments.
2. Provide legal advice and support to operational teams in business law.
3. Develop and maintain legal dashboards.
4. Engage in corporate law or intellectual property matters as needed based on the Maison's priorities.

1. Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
2. Dynamic and enjoys teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have completed at least one internship in a corporate or law firm environment.

Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
