1. Analyze, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts including distribution, franchise, sales commission, duty-free, commercial leases, purchasing, service agreements, consulting, modeling, IT contracts, NDAs, letters of intent, and amendments.
2. Provide legal advice and support to operational teams on business law matters.
3. Develop and maintain legal dashboards.
4. Assist with corporate law or intellectual property issues as needed.

1. Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

1. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
2. Dynamic and enjoys teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have completed at least one internship in a corporate or legal environment.

Master's degree in Business Law or Commercial Law.

Internship based at the Saint Laurent Headquarters in Paris for a duration of 6 months.
