1. Ensure the accurate execution of the sewing phase of handbags according to the company's methods, timelines, and quality standards.
2. Perform sewing operations on individual parts of the handbag and the finished product as per instructions received.
3. Utilize flatbed, arm, and column sewing machines.
4. Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure the correct flow of all necessary information for handbag production and communicate any anomalies.

1. Minimum of three years of experience as a handbag sewing machine operator.
2. Good knowledge of different types of sewing machines, preferably oscillating.
3. Good knowledge of leathers.
4. Excellent manual dexterity.
5. Precision and attention to detail.
6. Availability and teamwork orientation.
