- Ensure the proper execution of the sewing phase for handbags according to company standards and timelines.
- Perform sewing operations on individual parts of the handbag and the finished product as per instructions.
- Operate flatbed, arm, and column sewing machines.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for handbag production and communicate any anomalies.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a handbag sewing machine operator.
- Good knowledge of different types of sewing machines, preferably including the basculating type.
- Good understanding of leather materials.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Precision and attention to detail.

- Flexibility and adaptability.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the leather goods industry is required.
