1. Ensure the proper execution of the sewing phase for handbags according to company standards and timelines.
2. Perform sewing operations on individual parts of the handbag and the finished product as per instructions.
3. Operate flatbed, arm, and column sewing machines.
4. Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for handbag production and communicate any anomalies.

1. Minimum of three years of experience as a handbag sewing machine operator.
2. Good knowledge of different types of sewing machines, preferably including the basculating type.
3. Good understanding of leather materials.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the leather goods industry is required.
