- Plan and manage the workload of the prototyping team.
- Coordinate with modeling and industrialization departments to ensure the correct flow of information for prototype creation and anomaly communication.
- Analyze and monitor workflow processes, focusing on optimizing time and resources.
- Supervise and coordinate the prototyping team, emphasizing skill development and training.
- Manage reporting on the progress of production processes.
- Proven experience in coordination roles within the luxury fashion sector, specifically in leather goods modeling/prototyping.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of leather goods production.
- Understanding of the technical characteristics of leathers and fabrics.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
