3. Analyze and monitor workflow processes, focusing on optimizing time and resources.
4. Supervise and coordinate the prototyping team, emphasizing skill development and training.
5. Manage reporting on the progress of production processes.

1. Proven experience in coordination roles within the luxury fashion sector, specifically in leather goods modeling/prototyping.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of leather goods production.
3. Understanding of the technical characteristics of leathers and fabrics.
4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
6. Preferable proficiency in English.
