1. Plan and manage the activities and workload of the prototyping team.
2. Collaborate with modeling and industrialization departments to ensure the accurate flow of information necessary for prototype creation and communication of any anomalies.
3. Analyze and monitor workflow processes, focusing on time and resource optimization.
4. Supervise and coordinate the prototyping team, emphasizing skill development and training.
5. Manage reporting on the progress, timing, and costs of production processes.

1. Previous experience in coordination roles within the fashion industry, preferably in luxury handbag modeling/prototyping.
2. Knowledge of all phases of leather goods processing is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the technical characteristics of leathers and fabrics is advantageous.
4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
5. Teamwork orientation.
6. Proficiency in English is preferred.

Previous experience in a coordination role within the fashion industry, ideally in luxury handbag prototyping or modeling.
