1. Ensure the creation of prototypes in accordance with company standards for methods, timelines, and quality during the assembly and finishing stages of handbags.
2. Set up the construction of a prototype by interpreting the model specifications.
3. Execute the assembly operations of handbag components following provided instructions.
4. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for prototype creation and to communicate any anomalies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury prototyping as a bench assembler.

1. Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processes, and the technical structure of leather goods.
2. Excellent manual dexterity.
3. Superior organizational skills.

5. Team-oriented mindset.
