1. Ensure the creation of prototypes according to the company's quality standards during the assembly and finishing phases of handbags.
2. Set up the construction of a prototype by interpreting the model design.
3. Perform assembly operations of handbag components as per provided instructions.
4. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the proper flow of information necessary for prototype creation and communicate any anomalies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury prototyping as a bench assembler.

1. Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processing, and leather goods technical structure.
2. Excellent manual dexterity.

5. Teamwork orientation.
