- Ensure the creation of prototypes according to the company's quality standards during the assembly and finishing phases of handbags.
- Set up the construction of a prototype by interpreting the model design.
- Perform assembly operations of handbag components as per provided instructions.
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the proper flow of information necessary for prototype creation and communicate any anomalies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury prototyping as a bench assembler.
- Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processing, and leather goods technical structure.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork orientation.
