1. Ensure the precise assembly and finishing of handbag components in accordance with company standards and timelines.
2. Perform assembly operations of handbag components as per instructions received.
3. Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for handbag production and to communicate any anomalies.

1. Minimum of three years of experience as a bench assembler.

1. Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processing, and leather products.
2. Excellent manual dexterity.

4. Teamwork orientation.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the leather goods industry is required.
