- Ensure the correct assembly and finishing of handbag components according to company standards and timelines.
- Execute assembly operations based on provided instructions.
- Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure the proper flow of information and communicate any anomalies.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a bench assembler.
- Strong technical knowledge of leather characteristics, processing, and leather products.
- Excellent manual dexterity.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the leather goods industry is required.
