1. Research and develop intermediate processing techniques for leather goods, ensuring quality aligns with company standards.
2. Evaluate feasibility, timelines, and costs for sample development.
3. Anticipate and resolve potential issues in sampling and production by liaising with Product Development, Modeling, Sample Progress, and Production Progress departments.
4. Ensure accurate information transfer to external suppliers and manage the sampling and industrialization phases.
5. Regularly create and share progress reports.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
2. Educational background in fashion design.

2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
3. High attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of one year in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.

Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
