1. Research and develop intermediate processes for leather goods to ensure quality aligns with company standards.
2. Assess feasibility, timelines, and costs for sample development processes.
3. Anticipate potential challenges in sampling and production, providing solutions through collaboration with Product Development, Pattern Making, and Production Advancement teams.
4. Ensure accurate communication with external suppliers and manage the progression of sampling and industrialization phases.
5. Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
2. Educational background in fashion design.

1. Proficient knowledge of processing techniques and supplier capabilities.
2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. High precision and attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
5. Proficiency in English.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position within the fashion industry is required.

Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
