1. Ensure the refinement of models for production, collaborating with development and production departments to guarantee product feasibility and optimize time and cost while adhering to the company's quality standards.
2. Conduct the industrialization of models by identifying the best production methodologies to ensure the desired aesthetics and quality.
3. Identify and resolve technical issues in new models slated for production.
4. Evaluate production feasibility, time, and cost.
5. Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.
6. Collect and share technical, aesthetic, and process information with the production and quality departments.
7. Inspect and validate the first quality production pieces.

1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in industrialization roles within luxury leather goods companies or direct suppliers.
2. 7-8 years of experience in the leather goods sector as a CAD modeler.

1. Proficiency in CAD systems and good knowledge of the Office suite.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
4. Willingness to travel internationally.
5. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 4-5 years in industrialization roles within the luxury leather goods sector and 7-8 years as a CAD modeler.
